I've read almost every book by L.P. Dover, but I've yet to read one from Heidi! I have no idea why I haven't read anything from her yet! When I first heard about this book, I knew I wanted to read it as soon as I could! The synopsis doesn't tell you much, but it really made me want to find out more! I also knew that this book was going to be quite an erotic book, and I don't normally read overly erotic books, but I knew that I couldn't pass this one up! I'm so happy I said yes to an ARC because I really enjoyed this book, and as the book was quite an erotic book, it meant that it contained some seriously, seriously hot scenes in it! I couldn't believe how hot they were! The plot also developed at a really good pace and it kept me interested and wanting to find out what was going to happen next! I loved the secrecy in it and that the main characters were so oblivious to something that the reader knew from the get go! It made me desperate for the characters to find out the truth and see their reactions! The characters were also amazing and made the plot even better for me! Mia was the main female character, and she was someone who was so normal and led such an everyday life! This made her easy for me to connect with as she was so normal! I just loved Mia! She was quite a reserved character and she worked hard and really wanted to make it in the fashion industry, but she could also be a little vixen at times too, which came out several times as the plot developed lol! Mia also learned a lot about herself in this book about what she liked sexually and she finally got the guy lol! Parker was the main male character and he was seriously hot and ran a very successful business! He also wasn't looking for a permanent relationship with someone, so the Society X club was the perfect way for him to release some tension without starting anything with anyone! Or so he thought lol! Parker was also seriously hot with Mia and he was protective and so loving towards her! He had always had a thing for Mia, but neither of them had ever acted on their feelings until secrets come out! Parker also helped Mia a lot in this book with achieving her dreams of working in the fashion industry! I loved that this book was written from both Mia and Parker's point of views! I was expecting it to be because it's written from two authors, but I'm really happy that it was! It made the plot more intense and the romance even hotter! I also couldn't tell which author wrote which characters point of view lol! I'd be interested to find out! I also can't wait to read the next book in this series! I loved this book and I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the next book! I'm assuming that the next book is going to be about a different couple, but I'm not 100% sure! I'm also definitely going to read a few of Heidi's books too! I read this book before the cover had been revealed, so I imagined one in my head for the book as I was reading! I'm pleased to say that the actual cover for the book is seriously hot! I love it a lot and the model on the front is the perfect Parker! Big thank you to Heidi and L.P.
