I find my mortification melting away. The skirt is supposed to be high waisted, but she has it pulled down as far as she can and still fit in it. “Let’s go fix you!” I wave to her to follow me.
Lilah comes with and chats up a storm about the history of the bands who played in the venue before us while I do Becca’s makeup. Lilah leans in and puts on mascara and pulls lip tint out of the back pocket of her jeans. I’ve seen her try to dress up more, but she rubs her eyes and does mega damage to eye makeup. So she has since stopped wearing it and doesn’t need much in the way of foundation because her face glows now that she’s in uber love.
Not to mention, the lip tint is about all she can wear because if she puts on lipstick, both she and Raiden wear it because he’s got his mouth glued to hers. Not that I have room to talk.
Becca’s eyes get wide when I tug up her skirt. She swings around. “No way! If I bend over, everyone is going to see Rebecca’s Secret if I wear it like this!” She plays on the words Victoria’s Secret.
“And just what is Rebecca’s Secret?” I ask giggling.
“I bought my panties at Target.” She shimmies down the skirt some in the back. Lilah snorts and turns around. “That’s a nice tail you have, Grimm. Wiggle it. Sashay it. Get it looked at.”
Becca turns to her wide eyed and mouth open, “You monster you!”
