I was really excited about reading this book! It sounded from the synopsis like it was going to be full of suspense, have plenty of action and romance in it, which made it my kind of book! Boy, this book was definitely full of suspense and action! I freaking loved it! I've also met this author at two different Book Conventions and I'd yet to read any of her books! I knew I had to rectify that, so when I saw a Blog Tour for this book, I quickly signed up! I'm really happy I did because I really enjoyed this book! The plot was amazing, but I have to be honest and say that I took this book down half a star because although the plot developed at a good pace, there were times where it started to drag a little! Something would happen though or something big would be revealed that would move the plot along again though! The plot also started going in a different direction to what I was expecting, but I liked the direction it did go in and I also loved that there was plenty of action, romance and suspense! I also read this book in a few days, in a few sittings because I had a hard time putting it down! The characters were amazing! Hannah was the main female character and she was a very cautious character in this book! She had to be though! I felt really sorry for Hannah that she had to go on the run and live in fear for her life! The situation she was in was sort of wrong place, wrong time! Hannah was quite a character though and she learned a lot in this book about herself and just how strong she was! I really liked her character and I connected really well with her too! I can't wait to see her character develop even more in the next book! Luke was the main male character and he was such a babe! He was super hot and very protective of Hannah! Sometimes he was slightly overprotective, but I could understand why as Hannah was in serious danger, but didn't want to endanger more people, so she kept what she knew to herself for quite a bit of this book! Luke took his time with her though and didn't push Hannah, which was the right way to go! I just loved Luke and my heart did go out to him when I heard his backstory! I could see how much it had affected him! I also loved that Hannah and Luke's relationship developed as this book progressed and that they didn't rush anything! I wasn't sure if this book was going to be written from both Hannah and Luke's point of views, but it was! I'm really happy it was because it made this book better and helped me connect more with both characters! I can't wait to read the next book in this series! I know that it's going to be continue Hannah and Luke's story and I can't wait to see how everything is going to develop! The ending of this book was also sudden, but a good place to leave it at! The cover for this book is stunning! It's one thing that drew me to this book and it suits it brilliantly! Awesome review, Kendall! I love the sounds of this one and especially the mix of romance and suspense which sounds very well balanced, too! I do think I need to meet Luke and Hannah for myself! ;)
