I was so freaking excited about this book! As soon as I read the synopsis and then saw the cover, I knew I had to read it straightaway! I was really lucky to get an ARC as part of the Blog Tour! This book was amazing! I loved absolutely everything about it! It started with a bang and it went out with a bang too! I also read this book in a few short sittings as well because I just couldn't put it down! I was hooked, just like I was with every other book in this series! The plot of this book kind of reminded me of the TV show, Hostages! It was all about the main character having to do what the main character in the TV show was propositioned to do, so that was really interesting and a really unique concept! I haven't read anything like it before! I loved the suspense in the plot as well! The author also built it really well as the plot developed too! There was also loads of sexual tension between the main character and her love interest and plenty of sexy scenes too, which just gave this plot everything I love in the plot of a book! I just overall thought that the plot was amazing! The characters were just as amazing as the plot! Elle was the main character and I just loved her! The amount of love she had for her family and her son was so fierce! I could see that she would do anything to make sure they stayed out of the firing line! I really admired that about Elle! Elle was also placed in such a predicament in this book! I knew she would never do what she was asked to do, but she was scared of the consequences if she didn't! I just wanted to grab Elle in a hug! She was in a situation she never expected to be in and she had to fight to make sure she got out of it! She did brilliantly in this book though and she managed to hold her own! Spencer was the love interest of Elle and he was so freaking hot! Why are all the guys in Cambria Hebert's books so damn hot?! I freaking adored Spencer! He was there for Elle right from the start of this book and he was so protective of her! I must have sighed a million times during this book at the way Spencer was with Elle! It was just so damn hot! Spencer was also such a normal guy and he had such a serious, but humorous personality, which I loved! I also loved the way Spencer was with Elle's son! He was so amazing with him and I could see that he would do anything to make him and Elle happy and safe! I can't wait to read the next book in this series! I'm always excited for the next book and this time it's no different! I know Elle and Spencer aren't going to be in it, but this series is just amazing and I love that all the books are standalones! The cover for this book is just drool worthy! I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and I love how well the models on the front suit the characters of Elle and Spencer!
