To start us off is there anything you'd love to tell us about yourself?

Yes, I’d like to say thank you to all my readers, fans and bloggers like yourself! You inspire me to keep writing!

For the readers out there that haven't read Dazzle could you tell us a quick bit about it please?

Dazzle is the first book in the Delaney’s Gift series. The books are about Delaney Scott who is born with a special gift and a duty to protect her town. Only she doesn’t want her gift. She wants to be normal. That’s why she falls for Sam, who boy who is forbidden. But Sam has secrets that could destroy Delaney.

How did you come up with the idea to write Dazzle?

I came up with the idea for Dazzle while participating in the 3 day novel contest a few years back. The story of Delaney paralleled a very popular bible story – I can’t say which one because that will give away too much. After the contest I shelved the book, but after writing the Prowl Trilogy I pulled it back out and tweaked it a little, added in more characters and made it into Dazzle.

Do you have a favourite quote from Dazzle?

"I stay with Sam even though I know it’s all wrong. No one else makes me feel the way he does. It’s as if when I’m with him something dormant in me comes alive."

Who is your favorite character from Dazzle & why?

Sam. He is the sexy bad boy, but he also has a good heart underneath his tough exterior.

Who designed your cover?

Lisa Eneqvist is my graphic artist. The model is Brittany Norris and the photographer is Renae Lamb.

What book are you currently writing and could you maybe tell us a little bit about that book please!

I am working on two books right now. 1. Shatter, which is the 2^nd book in the Delaney’s Gift Series. 2. A single title YA contemporary romance I’m tentatively calling Falling to Pieces. The story is about two eighteen year olds – Ivy and Asher - who have been best friends their entire lives, but a lie has turned their world upside down.

Is there anything you find particularly challenging in writing?

Yes, editing is challenging for me. I like creating, not editing. Also, marketing is tough.
