Synopsis: In life, there are times you are granted a miracle. It may not be the one you wanted exactly, but it will be the one you need. It will prepare you for the next step in your journey and help you learn to accept the life you are given, even if that life can be heartbreaking.
Favourite quote: "Fear is one of the hardest emotions to conquer. I don't think it is possible to defeat it, just to bury it with more positive emotions and live with it."
I had no idea that this author was even writing a book so imagine my surprise when I found out about the Cover Reveal! This author is one of the most helpful women that I have ever met! I simply adore her so I was really looking forward to seeing what she brought into the book world! Today Only was heart retching! I was told before I read it that I was going to cry and I did! I didn't even get half-way through the book and I was in tears! I'm even crying while I'm writing this review! I also loved that I recognised every single person who made a cameo in this book! From Regina Wamba to Jenn Pringle! I recognised them all! Today Only was a beautiful story that shows you that love can come along at any moment and even though you might not have long to spend with that love, you're still happy that it came along and you cherish every minute that you had with that love! The plot of this book was full of warmth and hope! I knew what was going to happen in it from the first few pages as it does sort of give it away, but by doing this I thought that I was going to be able to control myself but I couldn't! I still cried like mad! The plot focuses over a certain period of time in which a character falls in love, cherishes the life she has and then something sad but expected happens! The characters were amazing! Rye was the main character and what I loved about her was her courage! She knew what was going to happen was inevitable, but she all she wanted was for her life to continue as normal and for everyone to not treat her as if she was fragile or different! I couldn't help but feel sorry for Rye even though she did everything in her power to not make me feel sorry for her! She also did little things throughout this book which made me smile like mad! Jett was someone who I admired so much! He knew what was going to happen to Rye, but he ignored everyone telling him not to go into a relationship with her and I got the feeling that it was the best decision that he ever made! He trusted his heart and that's the best thing that anyone can do! I also loved that this book was written from Rye and Jett's point of view as I was able to see how each character was honestly feeling about the situation in the book! I can completely understand why this book is a standalone! There could be maybe be a small novella or another book about a certain character in the book though! The cover of this book also says so much about it! It's so plain, but beautiful! I think Rye would approve lol! Big thank you to Lisa for a copy of Today Only and to Jodie and Bree for having me on the Blog Tour!

Author bio:
I live in Maine. My biggest passion is for my family and friends. I adore loving others as if it is the biggest gift life can offer. I'm a read-a-holic, loves chocolate, cowboys and everyone on Young Adult & Teen Readers Facebook page. My dream is to travel to Australia one day and see a kangaroo. I am nothing but simple. I do a lot of volunteer work. I have 2 beautiful daughters. 4 grandchildren, that constantly ask me if I lived in the black & white days.
My inspiration would be my daughters. Rita for her strength to keep fighting and constantly trying to take care of me, even though sometimes she can’t get out of bed & Kayla, for helping to pick up all the pieces that seem to fall when times get rough, and the love they have for me.
