Jazzy Williams is not your average coffee-loving teen. She's struggling with her grief, her famous uncle’s fans, an overprotective big brother, and a depressed mother, all while trying to make friends at her new school. In the first week, she meets a gorgeous green-eyed hottie who turns out to be more than just some high school crush - he's more than human. And she unknowingly enrages a very dangerous breed of immortal who wants her soul or life as payment. With the help of supernatural friends and protectors, Jazzy thinks she's safe until what remains of her family is put in danger. D
oes Jazzy have what it takes to save her family, life, soul and soul mate, or will all be lost?

I discovered this book months ago just after it's cover had been released and I was instantly intrigued by it! The cover was stunning and I really wanted to read the story behind it! Overall I loved this book! There were several points in it that confused me though! I found it hard to sometimes tell who was talking and then the overall plot had so much in it, but it was all amazing and progressed very well! The plot was unique! It had different supernatural creatures in it and I can say that I wasn't really expecting so many, but there were a few in there that I hadn't read about in a book before so it was interesting! The plot was a great pace and it had me hooked! The characters were also written amazingly! Jazzy was the main character and I really enjoyed her telling the story! There were several points in the book where she kind of annoyed me, but overall I really liked her! She was a strong character and I adored her relationship with Seth as well! Seth was the soul mate of Jazzy and I loved how protective he was of her! He was hot and I could tell that he really loved Jazzy! What I loved about Jazzy and Seth's relationship was that their relationship built up over time and it wasn't so sudden! It built up and they weren't meeting on one page and then kissing on the other! They were a cute couple and I'm glad their relationship went this way! At some points in the book I did think that maybe a love triangle was going to come up, but it didn't really and I was quite happy with this as Jazzy and Seth were so good together! I enjoyed that one scene of this book was told from Jazzy's brother, Henry's point of view as he went through some major changes in this book and it was interesting to see his reaction to these changes! There were so many other characters in this book that sometimes I found it hard to remember all of them! I had to go back some chapters to remember who they were and what their part was in the story was! All of the characters were amazing though and most of them were really funny! They all added so much to the story as well! I will definitely continue reading this series as I really enjoyed this book and I'm looking forward to seeing how the plot progresses in the next book! As I said the cover is stunning! It's actually what made me want to read this book as it drew me in and it's so pretty! Big thank you to Rachel for an ARC of True Connection and to Crazy Girl Blog Tours for having me on the Blog Tour!
