These books blew my mind! They were the first fey books that I actually enjoyed! These books revolve around Meghan Chase as she learns that her life isn't really what she thought it was! Meghan was a determined girl who had just been thrown into a world that she didn't even know existed and she has to fight against an Iron King, goblins and the ocassional fey!Meghan was also such a strong character and she grew so much through these books that she was not the same girl that we met at the beginning of The Iron King! Ash was drool worthy and Puck had some of the funniest lines! There is a love triangle which spans for all of these books but does slow down in the third book! Ash and Puck were the love interests of Meghan and they both cared for her so much and they were both also very protective of her! I have to say that I did actually enjoy the love triangle in this series as Meghan didn't use both boys to get what she wanted! I also liked that The Iron Knight was told from Ash's point of view as it was so good to see into Ash's head and see his emotions and how determined he was to become human so that he could be with Meghan! I thought Puck was so funny and that he added a lot to these stories! Meghan goes through such an amazing journey and at the end of The Iron Knight and I actually had to slow down as I nearly cried! I thought that Julie Kagawa really pushed the characters and came up with such an amazing series and I can honestly reread these books over and over again and still love them. I have read The Lost Prince which is Ethan's story and I am so excited to see where his series leads too!
